I am interested in anti-aging and I know about the effects of hyaluronic acid.
But I was surprised by the comparison with collagen because I didn't know about the positive effects of hyaluronic acid on intestinal and other mucous membranes (respiratory, eye, vaginal, etc.). I've drunk collagen before and it didn't exactly have a positive impact on my digestion. It caused me abdominal pain and, at higher doses, occasional diarrhea. I figured out that my chronic body pain disappeared. At first I didn't consider it significant, permanent and certainly not that it could be linked to the capsules....But I discovered it at the moment I ran out of the capsules and my troubles reappeared within two weeks. I used to play active volleyball so my shoulders, knees and back often made their presence known. Now I have observed that 1 capsule is enough for my body to have relative peace of mind. And on days when I overdo it with sports or some kind of load, I put on 3 capsules for a few days. They don't work as fast as an analgesic, but the effect has always been there so far and it doesn't ruin my stomach and intestines. And I don't deal with wrinkles, so I can't comment on that.
